Summary: Two sections - no amendments applicable. No person shall be elected to the office of president more than twice. No person who has held the office of president or acted as president for more than two years of the term of an elected President shall be elected to the presidency more than once. This article does not prevent anyone serving as president or acting president at the time this article becomes operative from completing his term of office.
